Alcitepe Salim Mutlu Museum
The museum on the left hand at the entrance of Alçıtepe is the oldest and most comprehensive museum of the region. Salim Mutlu, the son of a migrant family, begins to collect and collect war objects from the fields and surrounding villages while he is a grocer. Over time, he turns this passion into a grocery store in a corner of his house. The museum, which was visited by many local and foreign visitors, gave important parts of the museum to the museum in Kabatepe. Çanakkale War Museum is managed by the children after the death of Salim Bey. The objects exhibited in two large halls consist mainly of military and personal belongings of Turkish and allied soldiers. At the entrance door of the museum, there is a monument made of bullet casings and 35 inch bullet thrown from the battleship Quinn Elizabeth.
