Eslite Gallery

The Eslite Gallery originally opened in a smaller space back in 1989 as the first gallery in Taiwan to dedicate itself to contemporary and modern Chinese art. It has since moved to larger premises and now represents a vast array of major international artists as well as rising stars within the contemporary art world. Xu Bing, Michael Lin, Zhan Wang and Su-Mei Tse are just a few names amongst the many artists whose work is regularly exhibited in this gallery. The Eslite Gallery regularly participates in international art fairs and programs and provides Taipei with a rotating calendar of enticing exhibitions across its three-floored premises.
