First German Tile Museum Boizenburg e.V.
German museum was founded at the initiative of Oskar von Miller (1855-1934) June 28, 1903 at the annual general meeting of the Association of German Engineers (Verein Deutscher Ingenieure it.) As the "Museum of Natural History and masterpieces of art." The exposition was opened in 1906 in temporary premises. The first exhibits consisted of the mathematical-physical collections from Bavaria.
