TCDD Eskisehir Museum
TCDD Eskişehir Museum, located within the boundaries of Tepebaşı district of Eskişehir province; In 1997, the painting of stoves in Eskişehir Branch 13. Chief of Materials warehouse was exhibited in the branch office, resulting in the idea of a museum. In 1908, the museum, which was built by ordering in Germany and built with materials provided by TCDD 1st Regional Directorate and TÜLOMSAŞ General Directorate, was opened to visitors in 1998. Founded in a 106-year-old historical building on two acres of land next to Eskişehir Station, the museum takes you on a historical journey. The museum garden has motorized and hand-operated drains, level crossings and barriers, steam sewer, water tanker, rails and locomotives. In the historical building, a 5-meter long 3.5-meter-wide railway station model and its surroundings; steam, diesel and electric locomotives, wagons, old telegraph, telex and magneto telephones, coal mines, lamps, plates, and many documents, including photographs of the old railway stations and trains of Abdülhamit's Anatolian-Baghdad railway.
