Museum of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

The numismatic exposition of the museum of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic presented banknotes, had circulated in the territory of Kyrgyzstan from ancient times to the present days, which allows us to trace the history of money circulation in the territory of Kyrgyzstan. The Museum of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic are: antique, old banknotes of Kyrgyzstan and other states; paper money and coins circulated in the territory of Kyrgyzstan; various types of securities and other assets of historical and numismatic value; banknotes of foreign states and other assets donated to the museum by the National Bank; foreign coins and precious metals; jubilee and commemorative coins of the USSR State Bank; anniversary and commemorative notes and coins of Kyrgyzstan; souvenir sets of banknotes and coins of the national currency.
