The Museum House of I. A. Milutin

The exhibition is dedicated to the life and work of I.A. Milutin, who served as mayor of Cherepovets for about half a century. Ivan Andreevich Milyutin (1829 - 1907) was a successful merchant, industrialist, an outstanding public figure, who took on his shoulders the legislative work and the practical implementation of the great reforms of the 60s of the 19th century.
