Fukuromachi Elementary School Peace Museum
Fukuromachi Elementary School Peace Museum is a peace museum in Fukuromachi, Naka-ku, Hiroshima, Japan. The school was one of the closest to zero when the atomic bomb fell on August 6, 1945. The Museum of Peace is part of the school building with the basement of the former Fukuromachi Municipal Primary School in Hiroshima. The school keeps this as a remnant of the atomic explosion, in order to strengthen peace and send their information to the world.
