RKCS Museum

RKCS Museum also known as RKCS Art Gallery was founded by one of Manipur's most famous artists Rajkumar Chandrajitsana Singh RKCS, RKCS Art Gallery is located in Keishamthong mathak, Imphal in downtown Imphal. This is a museum where the original paintings of the legendary artist Manipur Rajkumar Chandrajitsan Singh, popularly known as RKCS, are permanently exhibited. RKCS is one of the pioneers of contemporary Manipuri artists of the twentieth century. His paintings are mainly depicted on the history of Manipur, socio-cultural themes and other contemporary works. RKCS was also the owner of the Limca Book of Records and awarded him several titles, including Chitrakala Ratna.
