Kirovograd city literary-memorial museum IK Karpenko-Kary opened September 24, 1995 on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the famous playwright, luminary of Ukrainian professional theater Ivan Karpovich Karpenko-Kary (Tobilevich). The funds of the Kirovohrad City Literary-Memorial Museum IK Karpenko-Kary saved 9072 museum objects, including materials Photodocumentary Family IK Karpenko-Kary (Tobilevich), works of the playwright, published in various publishing houses and in different years.
