How to choose photo?
For the best results, use a close-up front shot. With a close-up or zoomed image, the subject or the person are as much in focus as possible.
Do not know which photo to choose from a lot of options? You can send all the photographs, and we will choose the best one for creating an art portrait.
If you want to create a portrait of several people, but you do not have a joint photo, that's okay. You can send photos of each person individually. We will combine all the individual photographs into one mosaic portrait.
How long does it take?
You are able to choose between two delivery options: 1. Express (US$45.00) and 2. Standard (free)
1. Express delivery
We use DHL express to ship your orders as fast as it possible:
- United States: 4-9 days
- Canada: 4-13 days
- Europe: 2-7 days
- Other countries: 4 -15 days
DHL express costs US$45.00 per item (for all countries)
2. Standard delivery
It is free for you (for all countries)!
The estimated delivery time by this method is 1-4 weeks.
We cannot guarantee that the parcel will arrive on time, because in practice, national postal services sometimes fail, which increases the delivery time. We recommend that you choose this delivery method if you do not need the mosaic by a specific date or before that date there is a large amount of time.
Taxes: аny additional taxes may be incurred in your country when customs clearance is handled.
Sizing details
We have 5 basic sizes of individual mosaic portraits.
- 15.7″x15.7″ (40x40 cm) (2500 bricks) — suitable for one person (medium detalization)
- 20x20″ (51x51 cm) (> 4000 bricks) — suitable for one person (good detalization), but sometimes it is possible to place 2-3 persons (medium detalization)
- 30x20″ (77x51 cm) (> 6000 bricks) — suitable for 1-2 persons (good detalization) and 3-5 persons (medium detalization)
- 31.5″x31.5″ (80x80 cm) (10,000 bricks) — suitable for 1-5 persons (good detalization) — great for a family portrait
- 47.3″x31.5″ (120x80 cm) (15,000 bricks) — maximum detalization for large portraits

Will I receive a proof?
Absolutely! We send proofs so make sure to keep an eye out for that! The purpose of the proof is to verify that all the information you provided is correct.
PLEASE NOTE: Your order WILL NOT ship until you have approved the sketches within 14 days. If at the end of that time we haven’t received an approval from you side the mosaic would be shipped.
