The Memorial Museum-apartment of Gorky A.M. is located in one of the most beautiful mansions built by the famous architect F.O. Shechtel. The writer spent in that apartment the last years of his life working on the epic novel "The Life of Klim Samgin". The museum has preserved the unique, richest library of A.M. Gorky.
