The Pavlovsky Posad History and Art Museum

The exposition of the museum presents the main events of the richest history of Pavlovsky-Posad land, including archaeological finds at the sites of the primitive man of the Stone Age and in Slavic barrows, found in the district. The museum holds a collection of Soviet posters of the 1930s and 80s, which are exhibited in several halls, reflecting the Soviet period. The museum also presents an exposition devoted to the participation of inhabitants of Pavlovsky Posad in the military campaign of the Russian state: the Patriotic War of 1812, the First World War of 1914-1918, the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.
