North Kazakhstan Regional Museum of Fine Arts
Collection has approximately 5000 different pieces, most of which are represented in the museum exhibition. The first samples, which amounted to the current exhibition, was the work of well-known local and well-known artists such as Leonid Leontiev, Anna Ostroumova-Lebedev Vasiliy Timofeev, Sabit Mukanov, Kukryniksy (creative artists in the Soviet Union, not a group) and so on. Some of the paintings have been received from the fund Almaty art gallery. There is a section of sculptures in the museum, which houses works of Julia Segal, Oleg Komov and many others. One of the main divisions of the museum is a department of arts and crafts, which displays various items of embroidery Kazakh, Russian and Ukrainian origin, objects of ethnography and ceramic products. There is also a section of cults, which presents icons, small icons and church plates.
